Western Sydney: 134 off-the-plan apartments set to be built in Penrith
MORE than 100 apartments are set to land in the heart of Penrith.
Construction has already begun for property developer Payce Consolidated Limited’s latest residential project Harts Landing.
Located at 1-39 Lord Sheffield Cct, it will be made up of 134 homes, spanning across two nine-storey buildings.
Thirty per cent of the apartments will have a single-bedroom configuration, with prices starting at $437,000.
The remaining 70 per cent will be two-bedroom apartments priced from $548,000.
All apartments come with one car park space.
Weekly rental is estimated to be $400-450 for the one-bedroom units, and $520-$600 for the two-bedroom units.
Link’s national sales director Rhys Morgan, who is handling the project’s sales, said Penrith’s affordability, especially considering the suburb’s economic growth and government investment, is a major drawcard of Harts Landing.
“For first home buyers, Penrith allows an affordable entry point onto the Sydney property ladder,” he said.
“The NSW State Government has made western Sydney a key strategic priority with Penrith poised to benefit from huge infrastructure projects like the Western Sydney Airport at Badgerys Creek and the WestConnex Motorway.”
Harts Landing is located 100 metres from Penrith train station.
Construction will wrap up in April 2018.
